This 6-storey facility, with an estimated value of $100 million, will feature 51 beds and six state-of-the-art operating theatres. Designed to be a high-efficiency, all-electric building, it will achieve a 4 Star Green Star rating, underscoring our commitment to sustainable and innovative healthcare solutions.

The mechanical services package, valued at approximately $8 million, encompasses advanced systems to ensure optimal performance and patient comfort:

• Installation of new Central Plant systems, including Electric Heat Pumps for Chilled Water (CHW) and Heating Hot Water (HHW)

• Comprehensive Medical Gases system, including all necessary infrastructure

• Implementation of advanced Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
