Prefabrication is central to our approach to project delivery. By manufacturing key mechanical components off-site in a controlled environment, we reduce installation time, improve build accuracy, and minimise disruption on site. Our in-house capabilities include the fabrication of pump skids, duct risers, and modular pipework, all delivered to site ready for efficient installation.
Our prefabrication processes are closely integrated with our 3D modelling and coordination workflows, allowing us to produce fully coordinated assemblies that fit right the first time. Through early contractor involvement, we work with clients and project teams to identify opportunities for prefabrication, manage long-lead items, and reduce supply chain risk. The result is a safer, more streamlined construction process with greater certainty around quality, cost, and programme.
