This six-storey, $100 million facility includes 51 inpatient beds and six state-of-the-art operating theatres, designed to deliver high-quality healthcare in a modern, efficient environment. As an all-electric building targeting a 4 Star Green Star rating, the project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in healthcare design.

Our team delivered a mechanical services package valued at approximately $8 million, incorporating advanced systems to support performance, efficiency, and patient comfort throughout the facility:

• Installation of new central plant systems, including electric heat pumps for chilled water and heating hot water

• Comprehensive medical gases system, including all associated infrastructure

• Implementation of advanced Building Management and Energy Management Systems for monitoring and control

Delivering a new healthcare facility of this scale required detailed coordination and a focus on integrating complex services to meet strict clinical and operational requirements.

 

To support the successful delivery of this complex healthcare project, we utilised our in-house design capabilities and prefabrication facilities to implement efficient, high-quality solutions. This included the offsite manufacture of ductwork risers, pump skids, and modular pipework, helping to streamline installation, improve coordination, and maintain a high standard of workmanship throughout the build.
